Standard orders

The online Custom Order form supports 1–10 pieces. For 11+ pieces, talk to Tez about a bulk order. For special or unsupported requests, contact Tez.

Pricing

The form shows prices for supported standard configurations. Review shows the total for your selected configuration. The order and its total must be validated before the order is accepted.

Payment before production

CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE PAYMENT BEFORE PRODUCTION BEGINS.

1. Submit your Custom Order.
2. Tez reviews your order and artwork.
3. Tez contacts you to arrange payment.
4. Production begins after payment is received.
5. Tez confirms your pickup time.

Phat Tees is built around fast custom work and commonly offers next-day pickup. Production begins after payment is received, and Tez will confirm your pickup time.

Artwork

SEND US WHAT YOU'VE GOT.

Submit JPG/JPEG, PNG, or WebP images: up to 4 images, with a maximum of 20 MB per image. Another file type or something unusual? Talk to Tez.

Tez may contact you if your artwork needs clarification or adjustment before production.

Airbrush detailing

Airbrush Detailing is +$10 PER ORDER. Choose BRICK, SPIRAL, or SMOKE. All three styles cost the same; the $10 addition does not increase with quantity.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Need to change or cancel an order, or ask about a refund? Contact Tez. Requests are reviewed directly based on the situation, order, and production status.

Your item is made or customized for you. Tez may need to contact you about artwork, garment or configuration, payment, or timing before moving forward.
